Job summary

As a Construction Project Manager at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will oversee community homebuilding projects in Jacksonville, FL, ensuring high-quality construction and on-time completion while leading a large team and upholding NVR's best-in-class reputation.

You will own the customer experience, mentor new Construction Management staff, coordinate with subcontractors, perform quality inspections, and manage budgets and scope to deliver homes within established timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver's License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees.
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home.
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope.
