Job summary

As a Construction Project Manager at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will lead community homebuilding projects in Georgia, ensuring high-quality construction and on-time completion while coordinating a large team.

You will mentor and train Construction Management staff, manage subcontractors, and enforce quality inspections to uphold NVR’s standards, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers competitive compensation and a bonus per home completed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees.
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home.
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope.
