Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality construction and on-time completion. You will lead a large team, mentor staff, and maintain NVR’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities include owning the customer experience, managing subcontractors, and conducting quality inspections to meet budgets and scope. A strong leader with 3+ years in the field is desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees.
• Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home.
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope.
