Qualifications

• Valid state drivers license.
• Automobile liability insurance.
• Licensed as an SLP in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting under a physicians care.
• Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive-communication difficulties, voice disorders, and augmentative/alternative communication.
• Work in home environments including single-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.
