Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist - PPV PRN to deliver expert care in patients' homes, aligned with the Compassus Pillars of Success and the Code of Ethical Conduct.

The role requires clinical assessment of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, development of care plans with physician input, and ongoing education for clients and families. Certifications in state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a home health setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provides care using infection control measures (OSHA).
• Accepts clinical assignments consistent with education and competence.
• Monitors cases to ensure compliance with third-party payors.
