Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in Northfield, New Jersey. This position supports adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis from the Egg Harbor Township office within Atlantic County.

Qualifications
- Current NJ RN license.
- Minimum of one year recent clinical experience.
- Home care experience preferred but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan based on patient needs.
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervisor.
- Document orders and care activities accurately in EMR.
- Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
- Travel to cases as assigned and manage time effectively.
