Job summary

Requirements include an FL-approved PTA degree, a valid Florida PTA license, reliable transportation, background check, and orientation completion before starting patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a FL-approved PTA associate’s degree from an accredited program.
• Current FL State PTA license is required.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ condition and perform home health visits per plan of care.
• Document care services and progress in the electronic system.
• Report patient progress to caregivers, physician, and agency as needed.
