Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for the Wilmington, MA service area. This full-time role covers Methuen, Dracut, Tewksbury and surrounding towns, with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift.

You will implement care plans, educate patients and families, and travel to patient homes. An associate degree in Physical Therapy and active licensure plus CPR are required; benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• Must implement care plans and communicate findings to PT/physician
• Educate patients and families on home safety and medical equipment safety
• Travel to patient homes to provide therapy services
