AccentCare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Salem, New Hampshire. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift, and requires travel within the coverage area.

The position offers salary between $70,000 and $86,000 per year, paid on a per-point basis, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Office location is in Methuen, MA, but service area covers NH.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a valid license/permit to practice in NH.
• CPR certification required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and families on home safety and equipment use.
