Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a role in Andover, Massachusetts. The position requires a PTA with valid MA licensure, CPR certification, and a willingness to travel to Methuen, Dracut, Tewksbury and surrounding areas.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an emphasis on implementing care plans, patient and family education, and providing high-quality home health services. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Standards: Associates degree in Physical Therapy and licensure in state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license to travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Be able to implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
