Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Lowell, Massachusetts, to support home health services across Methuen, Dracut, Tewksbury and surrounding areas. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift and staff employment.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $86,000 per year, with pay based on years of experience. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, coordinating with the Physical Therapist and physician, and educating patients

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid license/registration/permit to practice in state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver able to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and families in home safety and medical equipment safety.
