Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking a part-time Home Health Physical Therapist (Registry) to evaluate plans and administer rehabilitation therapies at patients' homes under physician orders.

You will apply PT modalities, document care, and coordinate with families and care teams while complying with licensing and Benefis policies. Home health experience preferred, with BLS and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum/school.
• For Medicare certified agencies: curriculum approved by APTA/AMA equivalents.
• Two years of work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates plans and administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence.
• Develops and restores function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.
• Adheres to licensing regulations and Benefis Health System policies; handles deadlines and varying situations.
