Job summary

Qualifications

• Current valid state Physical Therapy license.

• For Medicare certified agencies: PT curriculum approved by APTA or related bodies; or equivalent.
• Two years of work experience as a Physical Therapist, or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable automobile.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates plans and administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence.
• Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines, stay accurate, and handle changing situations.
• Performs all job duties in compliance with licensing board requirements and Benefis Health System policies.
