Qualifications

• Degree in OT from accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an OT or licensure eligible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals.
• Educate clients and families on daily activities and use of adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources.
