Parx Home Health Care in Tampa, FL is seeking an Account Manager to join our team and grow our home health care referrals. You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and centers while coordinating patient admissions and ensuring high-quality care.

The role requires 3+ years in home health care, strong communication skills, and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service. Travel to client homes will be part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of home healthcare regulations, policies and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Build clinical referral sources in Hillsborough and surrounding markets.
• Manage account relationships and ensure patient needs are met.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal client care.
• Coordinate discharge planning for smooth transitions from post-acute facilities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow client base and revenue.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise service awareness.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to home healthcare services.
