Job summary

Parx Home Health Care in Tampa, FL is seeking an Account Manager to join our team and grow our home health care referrals. You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and centers while coordinating patient admissions and ensuring high-quality care.

The role requires 3+ years in home health care, strong communication skills, and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service. Travel to client homes will be part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of home healthcare regulations, policies and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Parx Home Care in Tampa, FL is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our amazing team!The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining referral source relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing centers and surrounding healthcare markets, managing account relationships and receiving patient admissions to home health care and private pay patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

• Building clinical referral sources in Hillsborough and surrounding markets
• Manage account relationships, ensuring we are meeting patient needs
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of caregivers, nurses, and therapists to ensure clients receive optimal care
• Coordination of discharge planning for patients to ensure a smooth transition from post-acute facilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our services and attract new clients
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home healthcare services

What we\'re looking for in you:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industry

• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to client\'s homes as needed
