Qualifications

• Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent General Studies
• Healthcare, home care or medical office environment 1-3 years
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to think through routine to moderately complex situations
• Proficient in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, EPIC, HomeWorks and RoadNotes

Responsibilities

• Direct scheduling of all patient care, initial start of care and ongoing follow-up visits.
• Manages daily volume of visits of Clinical Team, including supplemental and contract.
• Maintains accurate reports, data and files according to established procedures.
• Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.
