The ideal candidate holds valid School Psychologist certification or state licensure, with secondary-level experience in crisis intervention, counseling, and case management, and strong collaboration with families and educators.

Qualifications

• Valid School Psychologist certification or state licensure is required.
• Experience as School Psychologist or Student Assistance Counselor at the secondary level.
• Experience with crisis intervention, counseling, and case management in a school setting.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention services.
• Implement programs that promote positive behavior, mental health, and student well‑being.
• Serve as liaison between students, families, and community resources.
• Assist in developing and monitoring student support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address student concerns and develop strategies for academic and personal success.
• Provide staff development and consultation as needed.
