Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Health & Resource Coordination Manager to oversee the coordination of medical, behavioral health, transportation, records, education, employment services, case management, discharge planning and aftercare referrals. You will drive program development, quality assurance, and compliance across multiple units, supervising staff and ensuring outcomes meet standards.

Qualifications

• AA degree in related field.
• 3 years of relevant management, progressive supervisory experience, and staff development experience.
• Two years of experience working with marginalized populations.
• BA/BS in related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care delivery and ensure high-quality services for residents across medical, behavioral health, transportation, education, and employment services.
• Oversee program staff, supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation accuracy from intake to discharge.
• Collaborate with community partners and internal departments to optimize unit operations and outcomes.
• Support program development and quality assurance by tracking outcomes and reviewing policies.
