Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering community-based supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in East Grand Forks, MN. This full-time role pays $21 per hour and involves ISP coordination, staff oversight, and hands-on client support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license, car registration, and auto insurance required.
• Regulatory licensure/certification as needed by authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Assist with daily activities including meals, medication administration, and personal care.
• Split duties between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
