Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related client-facing role preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members each class session.
