Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Corporate Giving Operations Manager to steward grantmaking operations, data, systems, and nonprofit relationships. You will oversee Salesforce data, evaluate grant requests, and deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, servant leadership, and ability to manage projects end-to-end with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Review grant applications and supporting documentation to inform charitable giving decisions.
• Analyze nonprofit organizations for alignment with company priorities and strategy.
• Ask thoughtful questions to strengthen due diligence and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive presentations with meaningful insights.
• Partner with Technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance Salesforce functionality and reporting.
• Contribute to design/improvement of forms, reporting tools, and data collection processes.
• Help create best-in-class grantmaking systems balancing data quality, user experience, and efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging tools and process enhancements to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Represent the Company and brand with professionalism and excellence.
• Demonstrate servant leadership and commitment to Company values.
• Other duties as assigned
