Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota teaching license for Grade 5 Mathematics and Science.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide Grade 5 Mathematics and Science instruction aligned with district curriculum and standards.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, investigations, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Differentiate instruction to meet academic and developmental needs of students.
• Assess student learning with formative and summative methods and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with Grade 5 teammates and support staff to coordinate instruction and supports.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom and communicate with families about progress.
