Job summary

Global Paint for Charity (GPC) seeks an Events Administrative Manager to support local, national, and international events, including paint drives, fundraising, and outreach campaigns. You will collaborate with executive leadership, PR, and marketing to drive impact and ensure strategic execution of initiatives.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and community service.

Qualifications

Pursuing or holding a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); familiarity with Excel, Word, Asana, Trello, or similar tools is a plus.
Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for sustainability, community development, and social impact.
Prior event planning or fundraising experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination: develop and publish event schedules, coordinate logistics, prepare briefing materials, manage data, and assist with virtual/in-person setups.
Communication & Relationship Management: liaise with hosts, sponsors, vendors; draft invitations and post-event communications; maintain documentation and update web teams.
Administrative & Logistical Support: manage meetings, process forms, research opportunities, support marketing with copy/photos, and prepare outcome reports.
