Global Paint for Charity (GPC) is seeking an Events Administrative Manager to support local, national, and international events, from paint drives to fundraising galas. You will work closely with executive leadership, PR, and marketing to coordinate calendars, logistics, and communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); familiarity with Excel, Word, or project management tools (Asana, Trello) preferred.
• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and an eye for detail.
• Event planning or fundraising experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PR and Marketing Coordinator to develop and publish new event schedules.
• Coordinate event logistics, including calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, catering, and venue communications.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and event briefing materials for the executive team.
• Manage pre- and post-event data, including attendance, RSVPs, and participant feedback.
• Support setup for virtual and in-person events, including decor, materials, and supplies.
• Draft promotional copy and assist with public relations for events.
• Prepare reports analyzing event outcomes, key metrics, and recommendations.
