Job summary

Avalore is seeking a qualified candidate to support the oversight and governance of functional intelligence programs for the Department of War. The role includes producing reports for Congress and senior officials, and aiding policy guidance across SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.

Responsibilities include preparing executive briefings and staff packages, assisting the division chief with metrics, and conducting analysis to ensure timely support to warfighters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of experience supporting functional intelligence programs within the DoW.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience preparing executive briefings and staff packages for senior government leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.”

Responsibilities

• Assist DoW leadership in oversight and governance for functional intelligence support (SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
• Produce and disseminate reports and briefings detailing functional intelligence activities for Congress and senior officials.
• Support synchronization of activities to functional intelligence capabilities and help develop policy guidance.
• Assist the Functional Intelligence Division Chief in War Analysis Division Chief oversight; develop metrics for DIEM health and responsiveness.
• Conduct research and analysis; draft positions; review documents for OSW staff packages to ensure policy compliance.
