• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 5 years of software development experience with Java.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, XSL, JSP, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Angular or React.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOpsSec.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
• Experience with MVC, REST, XML, JSON, Spring, SOAP.
• Maven, Ant, Bjam build tools; Git and GitLab; JBoss/Tomcat servers.
• Documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, port, and maintain high-quality software across Java and C++ codebases.
• Provide support to fielded IBS Sites and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Engage in agile processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Write tests (unit/integration/end-to-end) and document technical designs and issues encountered.
