Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering field or equivalent.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building microservice-based high-throughput apps.
• Expertise with Java and Spring Boot for backend and REST APIs.
• Experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Understanding of microservices, containers, security, OO design, web services.
• Experience leading Agile teams.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web apps with architectural leadership.
• Build RESTful APIs and interfaces using Java/Spring Boot and Angular/React.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver software lifecycles and designs.
• Deploy and maintain mission-essential systems using Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, and Git.
• Debug complex issues, lead code reviews, improve reliability and performance.
• Influence system design decisions and development procedures.
