Job summary

Judi Health is a health technology company delivering Unified Claims Processing architecture to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to build and enhance our web-based enterprise health platform, delivering scalable, high-impact healthcare software.

The role involves collaborating with senior engineers in an Agile environment, using Python, React, and AWS, with a hybrid work model across NYC, Denver, and Charlotte offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) experience preferred.
• Git code management in a mono repository preferred.
• Strong Python (Flask/SQLAlchemy) and TypeScript (React) experience.
• PostgreSQL knowledge (CTEs, windowing, views, stored procedures, full-text or geospatial indexing).
• Infrastructure as code with AWS, Terraform.
• Experience with SDLC and cloud-based web apps.
• Experience with microservices/API-based application paradigm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
• Write and test high quality code based on design specification and product requirements with minimal support from team and senior engineers on the team.
• Participate in planning and design discussions with product managers and designers.
• Write clean, maintainable code using technologies like Python, React, and AWS.
• Conduct testing and debugging software to ensure high quality.
• Become a subject matter expert on your team's products.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
