Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• Proficient in TypeScript (React).
• Deep understanding of state management patterns (Redux, React Query, etc.).
• Experience debugging native mobile issues and device-specific behavior.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
• Desire to work in a health technology company.
• Git code management experience in a mono repo.
• Experience integrating monitoring solutions for deployed software.
• History delivering complex mobile applications to app stores.
• Good written communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously driving proactive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead product from design to production and demonstrate technical ownership.
• Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Swift/Kotlin where needed) and React Query.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement features.
• Optimize performance, load times, and responsiveness.
• Monitor crash reports and usage metrics to ensure stability.
• Stay current with mobile RN best practices and tools.
• Refine requirements with product managers and designers before implementation.
• Demonstrate technical leadership over product features to stakeholders.
• Represent features technically and ensure on-time delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Adhere to Judi Health Code of Conduct and contribute to a compliant team culture.
