Job summary

Archer is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with React, Python, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, and AWS experience. You will design, develop, and scale cloud-based applications, collaborating with Product, UX, and QA in an agile setting for an AI-driven LegalTech/RegTech platform.

You will design distributed architectures, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes, and ensure secure, high-performance deployments across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack software development.
• Strong backend with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Experience with PostgreSQL design and query optimization.
• Proven AWS deployment and management experience.
• RESTful API design and integration proficiency.
• Familiar with CI/CD and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end features using React and Python.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for inter-service data exchange.
• Model data and write efficient PostgreSQL queries.
• Leverage Elastic Search for indexed data access.
• Integrate with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Contribute to scalable, secure, maintainable code.
