Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for roles across multiple markets, with emphasis on industrial and warehouse positions. You will attract, screen, and select candidates, partnering with hiring managers to ensure fair assessment processes.

The role requires at least 2 years in high-volume recruiting within industrial settings, strong stakeholder relationships, and a proactive, energetic approach to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required.
• Customer-centric with ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results-driven with focus and resiliency; able to manage multiple tasks with urgency.

Responsabilités

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's ATS.
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment processes.
• Seek a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Maintain customer-centric approach with strong results and urgency.
• Demonstrate time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
• Show adaptability and learning agility to shift work with changing scenarios.
• Exhibit strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.
