Kelly is hiring a Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting for a new manufacturing site in Taylor, TX, as it grows from about 50 to 1,000 employees within the next year. You’ll source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and onsite events, and you’ll work with hiring managers to select top talent.

You will manage high-volume recruiting, screen for skills and safety, and maintain ATS data while meeting weekly targets for interviews and hires.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or light industrial environments.
• Experience with both community-based recruiting and virtual sourcing.
• Strong ability to engage hourly candidates through senior leaders and maintain professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting for a new Taylor, Texas manufacturing site.
• Build local talent pipelines through workforce boards, colleges, veterans groups, and community events.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and Kelly’s ATS/database.
• Screen and interview candidates for skills, reliability, safety awareness, and role fit.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake meetings, interview scheduling, feedback, and selection.
