ProService Hawaii is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple clients and islands from intake to payroll onboarding. You will lead intake meetings, craft targeted questions, and build candidate pipelines using job boards and direct outreach.

A strong ATS background and ability to provide proactive client updates are essential. You’ll operate in a volume-focused role with hybrid Hawaii Kai office days, embracing process-building and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Experience with agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house recruiting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Hawaii hiring market is benefit, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across concurrent requisitions from intake to payroll onboarding.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and compensation.
• Build candidate questions to surface qualified candidates quickly.
• Source and manage pipelines via job boards and direct outreach with ATS records.
• Provide proactive updates to clients and candidates on pipeline status and next steps.
• Develop and refine TalentPro’s recruiting playbook, intake guide, and reporting templates.
