Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field is required.
• State of Michigan licensure is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in child welfare is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic caseload.

Responsabilités

• Case Management & Client Support: Manage caseload, provide ongoing advocacy and support.
• Placement Coordination & Court Involvement: Coordinate placements, attend court hearings, document updates.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain case records and ensure compliance with program standards.
