Job summary

The Ennis Center for Children, Detroit, MI is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to provide compassionate case management for assigned caseloads, support families, and guide placement planning in compliance with regulatory requirements.

This salaried, exempt position offers a salary range of $44,200–$55,000 annually plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with current CWTI (PSI) certification, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for children and families to achieve permanency.
• Complete reports, logs, and treatment plans on time.
• Coordinate casework with agency consumers, families, and foster families.
• Monitor services and coordinate with local, state, or federal agencies.
• Attend case conferences, hearings, and home visits as required.
• Provide 24-hour crisis on-call availability on a rotating basis.
• Assist with initial placements through the intake process.
