Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field as required by licensing guidelines.
• Experience in a child placing agency preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory completion of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for children and families to achieve permanency (reunification, adoption, guardianship, or other permanent placement).
• Maintain cases across multiple counties within the Ennis Center service area.
• Ensure timely completion of reports, logs, and paperwork including treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with agencies and community resources for case needs.
• Attend and participate in case conferences, hearings, and home visits as required.
• Provide 24-hour crisis on-call availability on a rotating basis.
