This role suits a detail-oriented professional who can manage a high-volume docket while maintaining accuracy, organization, and clear communication. You will handle foreclosure files from referral through sale, prepare pleadings, coordinate with attorneys and clients, ensure SC procedures are followed, and keep precise file documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foreclosure experience (South Carolina experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of foreclosure timelines and procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure files from referral through sale and post-sale processes.
• Prepare and review foreclosure pleadings, notices, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients (HOA/management companies), and third parties.
• Ensure compliance with South Carolina foreclosure procedures and timelines.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and case tracking.
• Communicate case status updates to clients and attorneys as needed.
• Prepare attorney for hearings.
• E-file documents and manage court-related filings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
