Job summary

You will work within FBH Aberdeen site, delivering evidence-based therapies, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid requirements. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human development or related field; required minimum experience.
• Associate degree in social services, mental health or related field may substitute for Bachelor’s.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in social services, mental health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a First Responder, provide direct crisis response and de-escalation.
• Participate in clinical intake observation and assessment.
• Deliver Evidenced Based and Promising Practices customized to the youth and family.
• Complete documentation and follow Medicaid requirements.
