Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field, or equivalent experience per job posting.
• Proven ability to work with children and families in crisis and community settings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, nights, weekends).
• Eligible to become Agency Affiliated Counselor in WA state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapeutic services and crisis response in home, school, and community settings.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans with clinicians.
• Coordinate care with families, primary care, and behavioral health partners.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health record and ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements.
