Job summary

NASW Colorado seeks a skilled social services professional to assess the safety and well-being of at-risk children in Pitkin County. You will provide case management, help clients access community resources, and support families in achieving safety and well-being goals.

Responsibilities include intake assessment, developing plans, coordinating services, and ensuring confidentiality while collaborating with diverse partners to promote equity and access to services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field
• 2 years of experience with children and/or families
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and acceptable MVR

Responsibilities

• Assesses safety and well-being of at-risk children and families; provides case management and coordinates services
• Assists clients to access community resources and develop improvement plans
• Maintains case documentation and coordinates with county/state authorities
