Qualifications

• Two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience required.
• One (1) year experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the administrative and office operations for the Family Peace Center (Oahu) Program.
• Provide high-level support to program leadership and staff as the central hub for office efficiency and the program’s electronic client record system.
• Oversee client intake processing, referral tracking, and production of contractually required reporting to ensure funder deliverables are met.
• Handle essential financial tasks, including collection and processing of client program fees and managing purchase orders and reimbursements.
• Coordinate production and submission of required reporting with program leadership, and monitor data quality and accuracy for compliance.
• Foster a welcoming environment by assisting clients in person and by phone, collect program fees, coordinate donations, and connect clients with program resources.
