Job summary

Goshen Medical Center is seeking a Fayetteville Wellness Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a community health setting. The role involves examining and treating patients in the office and hospital, coordinating with medical staff, and participating in outreach activities.

The Provider will work a full-time schedule on-site, maintain documentation, and comply with onboarding requirements and policy development in partnership with GMC leadership.

Qualifications

• Computer skills are required.
• Clinical experience and skills in primary care medicine.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients in the office.
• Admit and treat patients in the hospital (OB/GYN, if applicable).
• Refer patients for specialist services as required.
• Occasionally rotate on call for emergencies, evenings and weekends, or travel to another site.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services.
• Review lab, x-ray, and emergency reports daily.
• Coordinate and communicate with medical support personnel.
• Draft standing orders for clinical standardized care.
• Participate in community outreach and health-related activities.
• Collaborate with other health providers in the area.
