Job summary

Community Health of Central WA (CHCW) is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Residency Program Director for the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency. The role focuses on guiding teaching, ensuring ACGME accreditation, and supervising faculty, residents, and staff across multiple clinics in Yakima and surrounding counties.

Ideal candidates have an MD/DO and FM residency background with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent and completion of a US Family Medicine residency.
• WA license or ability to obtain a WA license; DEA certificate; BC (board certification).
• Experience leading residency programs or related faculty development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching and admin activities for the Residency Program.
• Ensure ACGME accreditation and compliance with program requirements.
• Supervise faculty, APDs, residents, and residency manager; coordinate strategic growth and operations.
