Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to lead the Senior & Residential Care program as Medical Director at participating SNFs in Central Washington. The role emphasizes elder care across LTC facilities with collaboration from residents, physicians, ARNPs, and staff.

The position offers a full-time schedule, strong compensation including base salary with incentives, sign-on/relocation, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited US FM or IM Residency.
• Preference of geriatric medicine certification, or FM/IM with added qualifications in geriatrics.
• Certificate of Medical Director for PALTC (AMDA) — must obtain within 3 years from start date.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate.
• BE/BC required.
• Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to SR Care clients at participating long-term care facilities and serve as Medical Director for the SNFs.
• Collaborate with SR Care Program Director, residents, physicians, ARNPs, medical assistants, and program staff.
• Lead geriatric care initiatives and drive patient-centered outcomes in senior residential care.

Our Senior and Residential Care program

(SR Care) needs a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with a passion to care for the elderly/senior population, or Geriatrician to provide primary care services to SR Care clients at participating LTC facilities and serve as the individual SNF's Medical Director.

Compensation And Perks

• Base Salary: $237,500k-$247,500k. Additional financial add-ons include a quality/engagement incentive, $10k fellowship bonus (if applicable), $4k per SNF oversight (8 contracted SNF facilities shared), and production bonuses.
