Job summary

Jackson Physician Search seeks a Founding Program Director to lead a brand-new, ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency in central Washington.

The role includes a 50/50 admin-to-clinical split before launch, and oversight of curriculum design, accreditation, faculty development, and planning for the 2029 class.

Compensation starts at $400,000+ base, with up to $90,000 sign-on, relocation, loan repayment, 8.5 weeks PTO, CME support, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical residency programs or equivalent leadership in graduate medical education.
• Familiarity with ACGME accreditation processes.
• Ability to design curriculum and develop faculty; coordinate accreditation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design for the residency program.
• Coordinate accreditation activities and faculty development.
• Engage with university partners and a residency development consultant to launch the program.
