Job summary

Northwest Permanente, PC in Portland, OR seeks a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead the academic and clinical training for the new residency. The role will oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of the program and ensure strict adherence to ACGME standards in coordination with institutional policies.

The Director will collaborate with the DIO, GME Office, GMEC, and clinical partners to shape medical education and launch the July 2028 intern class.

Qualifications

• Leadership in medical education and residency program development.
• Experience with residency program accreditation processes and regulatory standards.

• Oversee the planning, development, and evaluation of the Family Medicine Residency Program.
