Job summary

Acelero Learning Camden Philadelphia is seeking an Operations and Facilities Coordinator to partner with the Director of Operations and senior management. You will manage office functions, serve as the first point of contact for vendors, maintenance and facilities requests across locations.

You will establish work orders, coordinate with contractors, maintain emergency plans, ensure service delivery, and provide administrative support to the operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service in a large office or school setting.
• Experience using databases and ticketing/scheduling software.
• Travel up to 10% locally or long distance; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold operational procedures with the Director of Operations.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for service tickets and facility requests.
• Establish and prioritize work orders in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with technicians and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain emergency plans and respond to emergencies.
