As an ED RN, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a wide range of emergent cases, work with experienced nurses, physicians, and support staff to assess, prioritize, respond to changes, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year RN experience required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients throughout the Emergency Department.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and professional standards.
• Support a culture of teamwork, safety, compassion, and patient advocacy.
• Participate in emergency and critical-care interventions appropriate to the patient's needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
