Qualifications

• Three+ years as a job developer or similar.
• Experience helping homeless populations or in behavioral health is a plus.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
• Knowledge of local employers and hiring trends.

Responsibilities

• Implement job development strategies to place participants in jobs.
• Cultivate relationships with employers matching participants’ interests.
• Identify opportunities aligned with participants' skills and education.
• Tailor job search strategies and conduct individualized job searches.
• Develop a diverse job bank with opportunities at varied levels.
• Coordinate with Jericho teams to meet employment goals.
• Maintain administrative records of job development activities.
